Abstract: This paper introduces the theory concerning Oracle RAC technology, designs and constructs systematically the integrated library management system. On this basis, taking a university library as an example, this paper conducts a detailed analysis on the implementation process of the integrated management system, and makes concrete analysis on the backup scheme so as to contribute to ensuring the library database security, improve the daily work efficiency and the quality of the service for readers.
