摘要： 通过对新疆高校图书馆特色资源建设现状的调查,发现存在发展不平衡、共享程度不高、民族特色资源较少、宣传推广和更新维护力度不够等方面的问题,提出了重视平衡发展、共建共享、突出民族特色、加强宣传推广、注重更新维护等可持续发展对策。

Abstract: Through the investigation on university library characteristic resource construction in Xinjiang, unbalanced development, insufficient sharing, lacking of resources with ethnic features, deficient promotion, maintenance and update and other issues are found. The countermeasures are put forward that balanced development should be weighed as well as co-constructing and sharing, ethnic features highlighted, promotion, maintenance and update strengthened so as to achieve sustainable development.
