摘要： 分析高校图书馆科技查新与学科服务工作存在的问题,阐述高校图书馆科技查新与学科服务工作的相通性,提出通过科技查新与学科服务工作的相互渗透与补充,实行查新员与学科馆员兼任制度,以提高科技查新工作质量和学科服务水平。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the problem of the sci-tech novelty retrieval and the discipline service in university libraries, elaborates the interlinking between them, and puts forward the pluralism system between novelty-search librarian and discipline librarian through the interaction between the sci-tech novelty retrieval and the discipline service work, in order to improve the level of the sci-tech novelty retrieval and the discipline service.
