摘要： 作为高校从事图书馆工作的专业人员,年轻馆员的幸福指数直接影响着他们的身心健康和工作效率。探讨了高校图书馆年轻馆员幸福指数偏低的表现及原因,并提出了相应对策。

Abstract: As professionals working in the university library, young librarians＇ happiness index has directly affected their physical and mental health and work efficiency. This paper probes into the status quo and causes of low happiness index and puts forward the appropriate strategy.
