摘要/Abstract

摘要： 研究学科馆员胜任力构成要素．通过多种有效的措施保障学科馆员在新的竞争环境下不断提升胜任力，可使学科馆员的信息服务真正达到学科化要求。基于多学科的交汇、融合的情境下，揭示学科馆员岗位所需胜任力要素，在方法上更加充实了学科馆员胜任力要素研究，也对学科馆员的选拔和考核具有一定的参考价值。

关键词: 学科馆员胜任力胜任力要素图书馆学科化服务

Abstract: It makes information services really achieve discipline requirements researching the constituent elements of subject librarians＇ competency, ensuring subject librarians promoting continuously their competency under thenew competition environment through various effective measures. Based on the situaticn of the fusion of lots of subjects, this paper reveals the main elements of competency that subject librarians need, which in a methodeven enriches the research of subject librarians＇ competency elements, has certain reference value to the selecting and assessing of subject librarians.
