三网融合背景下的电视图书馆建设研究

摘要： 随着三网融合进程的加快，图书馆应借助三网融合的技术条件，建设电视图书馆，让用户通过电视借阅图书馆的书籍、获取图书馆提供的信息资源，从而扩大图书馆的服务范围。分析了目前我国电视图书馆的发展现状，对三网融合背景下电视图书馆的建设进行了探讨。

Abstract: With the acceleration of three networks integration, the library should construct television hbrary with the technical conditions of three networks integration, in order to allow users to borrow and read books and obtain information resources provided by the library through television .Thereby , the scope of library services is being expanded. This paper analyses the development status quo of the television library in China, and discusses the construction of the television library under the integration of the three networks.
