摘要/Abstract

摘要： 建设数字图书馆,开展数字化信息服务已成为当今图书馆的发展方向。数字图书馆建设和服务过程中涉及许多知识产权问题,正确处理好知识产权问题,对于数字图书馆的发展具有重大的现实意义。在分析数字图书馆涉及知识产权问题的基础上,探讨了数字图书馆知识产权保护办法。

关键词: 数字图书馆知识产权法律保护

Abstract: constructing digital libraries and developing digital information services are the development orientation of current libraries. There are a lot of intellectual property issues in the digital hbrary construction and service. It is of great practical significance for the development of digital hbraries to correctly solve the problems of intellectual property. Based on the analysis of intellectual property issues of digital libraries, this paper discusses the intellectual property protection measures of digital libraries.
