摘要: 图书馆员是联系图书馆与读者的纽带,其工作态度、业务能力、知识结构直接影响图书馆的服务效益.加强馆员培训,提高馆员素质,有利于图书馆服务效益的提高.在分析目前图书馆员培训现状的基础上,探讨了基于岗位胜任力模型的图书馆员培训.

Abstract: Librarians are the linked bond between libraries and readers. Librarians' work attitude, profession ability, knowledge structure affect library service benefits. Strengthening librarian training and improving the quality of librarians are beneficial to improving library services benefits. This paper analyses the current situation of li- brarian training, discusses librarian training based on post competency model.
