摘要： 采用系统分析与结构化设计方法,针对性地提出网络环境下区域性公共图书馆信息资源共建共享体系模型（USSM）,并研究该模型的实现方案.

Abstract: On the basis of the method of system analysis and structured methodology, this paper puts forward the model of the information resources cooperation and sharing system of regional public libraries, and makes a research on the implementation of the model.
