Library Happy Service: Revelation Based on Disney Management Philosophy

Abstract: Disney's mission is to provide happiness and create a sense of happiness for visitors.The Disney Management Service System brings valuable inspiration to the library's public cultural services. This article takes Disney's mission concept as the main line by selecting Disney's enlightenment on the “service concept” in one of the six major revelations of the library, refines the relationship between ideas and services, using case studies, logical argumentation and other research methods to derive the basic concept library “happy service”,points out the service direction and the core elements of library spirit of contemporary libraries.And through the service mission and philosophy, the ability of happy service, the core idea of happy service, the management concept of Disney in the service application of the library, etc., analyzes Disney's understanding of happiness and "Happy", and provides practical and expansible experiences and inspirations for library happy services,provides a practical blueprint for libraries to play a good role in social public service.
