Abstract

Abstract: By interpreting the humanistic connotation of＂learning family＂and＂Book Incense Campus＂，this paper points out the importance of constructing the＂learning family＂as reading promotion for the whole people＇s foundation and constructing the＂Book Incense Campus＂as the central link．It is believed that＂public welfare＂libraries and＂business＂publishers should play the role of providing resources for universal reading promotion，and jointly build a＂Trinity＂positive cycle development mechanism of reading and promoting for the whole people，and put forward several methodological suggestions for activities．
