摘要： 作为一个特殊群体，残障人士的文化需求逐渐获得重视。针对残障人士对文化需求的心理因素和外部环境，分析了利用数字图书馆解决其文化需求的重要性。列举了南昌市图书馆为残障人士建立特色数字图书馆服务面临的硬件不足、资金不足、人员素质有待提高等困难，提出定制个性化服务产品、整合传输特色信息资源、组合特色的多媒体互联网体系、引进和培养专业人才开展丰富多彩的文化生活等举措，以期为残障人士提供优质高效的数字文化服务。

关键词: 残障人士；文化需求；数字图书馆

Abstract: As a special group, the cultural needs of the disabled have gradually been paid attention to.Psychological factors and external environment for the cultural needs of the disabled，this paper analyzes the importance of using digital library to solve their cultural needs.it lists the difficulties faced by Nanchang Library in building a distinctive digital library for the disabled, such as the lack of hardware, funds and personnel quality,put forward measures such as customization of personalized service products, integration of information resources with transmission characteristics,combination of Multimedia Internet system with characteristics, introduction and training of professional talents to carry out rich and colorful cultural life, etc,in order to provide the disabled with high-quality and efficient digital cultural services.
