摘要： 从“第三代图书馆”概念出发，介绍了2019年IFLA（国际图书馆协会联合会）“最佳公共图书馆”的获得者——芬兰赫尔辛基中央图书馆的建设项目，从该馆的外观设计、动线规划、区域划分、空间设计等方面介绍了赫尔辛基中央图书馆的设计实践，研究分析了该图书馆在选址布局、公众参与、开放共享、馆员角色方面对我国第三代图书馆建设的启示。

Abstract: Starting from the concept of "third generation library", this paper introduces the construction project of Helsinki Central Library, Finland, which is the winner of IFLA's "best public library" in 2019, and introduces the design practice of Helsinki Central Library from the aspects of its appearance design, moving line planning,regional division and space design.This paper analyses the enlightenment of the library to the construction of the third generation of libraries in the aspects of location, public participation, open sharing and the role of librarians.
