摘要： 以湖北省128所高校图书馆为研究对象，分别对128所高校图书馆的部门岗位设置、部门岗位职责和组织结构设置等进行深入的调研分析，指出目前湖北省高校图书馆机构设置的特点和不足，以期能进一步提升湖北省高校图书馆的信息服务能力。

Abstract: The paper chooses the 128 University Libraries in Hubei Province as the research object, and survey the post setting and the post responsibility and organization structure mode of the department of the 128 University Libraries in Hubei Province. The paper points out the characteristics and shortcomings of the institution setting of the 128 University Libraries in Hubei Province, in order to further enhance the information service ability of University Libraries in Hubei Province.
