摘要:

法国图书馆员的职业继续教育多年来逐渐形成了以国家立法为制度保障,立体化培训网络为主要力量,统一的信息发布平台为渠道,图书馆员的职业生涯发展为导向的多元合作机制。详细介绍该机制的主要内容,并结合我国图书馆员职业继续教育现状,给出具体的改善建议。

Abstract:

The continuing education of librarians in France has formed a pluralistic cooperation mechanism with the national legislation as support, multidimensional training network as the main force, unified training information publishing platform as channel and the career development of librarians as guide. This article mainly introduces the contents of this pluralistic cooperation mechanism, and gives advices to improve the librarians' continuing education in China.
