摘要：

“小政府、大社会”是当前公共文化管理创新的着力点。通过介绍当前我国地方图书馆行业组织的发展现状,探讨制约地方图书馆学会(协会)的发展瓶颈,提出符合现今地方图书馆行业组织的发展路径,以推动我国地方图书馆事业的可持续发展。

Abstract:

"Small government, big society" is the focus of the current public culture management innovation. This paper introduces the current status of the development of the local library industry organization in China, explores the development restrain of local library association, and puts forward the development path of industry organization of the current local library, which will promote the sustainable development of local library in China.
