新发展理念对党校图书馆的价值功能与实现路径研究

摘要：

党的十八届五中全会提出了创新、协调、绿色、开放和共享的发展理念,并强调新发展理念就是指挥棒、红绿灯。新发展理念对新时期党校图书馆工作提出了新的要求,具有重要的价值引领作用:一是新发展理念回答了党校图书馆的基本问题;二是新发展理念指明了党校图书馆的发展方向。同时,从深学笃用、用好辩证法、创新手段和坚守底线等四个方面探讨了如何让新发展理念在党校图书馆工作落地生根。

关键词: 新发展理念, 党校图书馆, 价值引领, 实现路径

Abstract:

In the fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the party puts forward the concepts of innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing, and it stressed that the new development concept is "baton" and "traffic light". In the new era there are new requirements for the Party School Library, the new concepts have important values and functions: Firstly, the new concepts answer the basic questions of the library. Secondly, the new concept point out the development direction of the library. Lastly, the article from the four aspects, such as the deep study, use of materialist dialectics, innovation means and persistence of the bottom line, discusses how to turn the new concepts into reality in the Party School Library.
