摘要/Abstract

摘要： 计算机软件作为一种创造性智力劳动成果．受到著作权法的保护。由于软件开发成本昂贵，改编、非法复制却成本低廉，在利益的驱动下，计算机软件著作权侵权行为经常发生。从探讨计算机软件著作权归属问题入手，对计算机软件著作权侵权行为进行认定和分析。

Abstract: Computer software is protected by copyright law as the creative fruit of mental labor.Because of the high cost of software development and low cost of adaptation and illegal copying,the infringements of computer software copyright often occur out of high interests.This paper judges and analyzes the infringements of computer software copyright from investigating its attribution.
