摘要:

分析研究了高校导游式入馆教育与馆员助理内训融合发展的背景和意义,提出两者融合发展的具体内容和创新实践路径,以实现入馆教育效能增强和馆员助理素质提升的双赢目标,并对未来发展提出进一步的思考。

Abstract:

This paper makes an analysis and research of background and significance of the guide type of library entry education and librarian assistant training in colleges,puts forward the specific content and innovation practice path of the fusion development,ultimately achieves a win-win goal that is to enhance the education efficiency and improve assistant librarian's quality,and puts forward further thinking for future development.
