高校图书馆员继续教育实证研究 *——以农业院校图书馆为例

摘要:

以农业高校图书馆为例,从图书馆和馆员两个角度开展调研,指出馆员继续教育存在制度与经费保障不足、继续教育内容与馆员需求脱离、网络继续教育手段应用不足、培训需求调查和培训效果评估重视度不够、馆员继续教育学习主动性不高等问题,提出建立继续教育网络平台、构建资源导航、加强馆员继续教育需求分析、注重继续教育效果评价、设立馆员继续教育专项经费和专职管理岗位等建议。

Abstract:

Taking agricultural University libraries as examples,this paper surveys the situation of librarians’continuing education from library and librarian.The survey results show that librarians’continuing education is lack of system and funds guarantee,continuing education content does not match the need of the librarian,network continuing education means is inadequate,training needs survey and evaluation of training effect is not enough,librarians are lack of learning initiative.It puts forward some suggestions for librarians’continuing education, such as establishing continuing education network platform,constructing resource navigation,strengthening the need analysis of librarian continuing education,focusing on continuing education effect evaluation,setting up special funds and professional management position for continuing education.
