摘要： 科研社交网站是科研人员进行科学研究的重要工具。以科学网博客平台为研究对象,对平台内的用户群体特征、平台基本情况、平台功能和服务、用户感知满意度和持续使用意愿、群体产出等方面展开调查,分析群体特征与群体凝聚力以及群体凝聚力与用户感知有用性和持续使用意愿的关系,为现有科研服务平台的服务开展提供参考,为图书馆建立参考咨询平台或者社区提供借鉴。

Abstract: Research social networking site is an important tool for researchers. This paper makes a study of the blog of Science Net.cn, investigates user＇s characteristics, the basic function and service of the platform, user ＇s perceived satisfaction and continuance intention and group outcome, etc., analyses the relationship between the group characteristics and the group cohesion, the relationship between the group cohesion and user ＇s perceived usefulness and continuance intention. The conclusion can provide some references for the service development of existing research platform and the establishment of a reference platform or community of the library.
