摘要： 以参考咨询服务的前四个发展阶段发展历程为对象,研究其发展过程中的信息环境变化情况,为研究参考咨询服务发展现状、遇到的困难及未来展望提供一个全新的视角。

Abstract: Taking the first four development stages of the development history of reference consultation service as the ob-ject, this paper studies the information environmental transition in its development history to provide a brandnew angle of view for research into the present situation of development, the difficulties encountered and the fu-ture prospects of reference consultation service.
