摘要： 随着学科服务的深化,学科馆员的能力素质成为研究者关注的课题。提出在学科馆员素质提升中引入能力素质模型的概念,构建学科馆员能力素质指标体系,从图书馆和学科馆员两个维度确立学科馆员的能力指标,并依据麦克利兰能力素质模型理论,对学科馆员能力素质标准的选取、能力素质模型中分析样本的确定、能力素质词典的创建、学科馆员胜任力提升培训的建立、能力素质模型的构建以及能力素质模型的评估、完善和应用进行阐述。

Abstract: Along with the deepening of subject service, the subject librarian＇s ability has become researchers concern.This paper introduces the concept of competency model in subject librarian quality promotion, constructs the index system of the subject librarian＇s competency, establishes the subject librarian ＇s ability index from two dimensions of libraries and librarians. According to Mc Clelland competency model theory, it expounds the selection of the subject librarian＇s competency standard, the determination of the sample in competency model,the creation of competency dictionary, the establishment of the subject librarian ＇s competence promotion training, the construction of competency model and the evaluation, improvement, application of competency model.
