影响优秀馆员成长的因素研究——以15位“2014中国图书馆榜样人物”候选人成长经历为样本

摘要： 运用内容分析法,以15位＂2014中国图书馆榜样人物＂候选人成长经历为样本,探讨影响优秀馆员成长的因素。研究发现：性别、图书馆类型、专业特长类型对优秀馆员成长没有影响,而年龄、职称、职务、学术研究对优秀馆员成长有影响。根据研究结果,分析影响馆员成长的因素,并对馆员的成长提出建议。

Abstract: Choosing 15 ＂2014 China library example characters＂ candidates as examples and applying the content analysis method, this paper analyzes the factor that influence the professional development of excellent librarians. The study indicates that gender, type of library, specialty type of professional expertise have no influence on excel-lent librarians development, age, title, position, academic research have influence. According to the research result, it puts forward some suggestions on the librarian development.
