基于7Ps营销理论的“书香嘉年华”营销策略研究

摘要: 以7Ps营销理论即服务产品、服务价格、服务渠道、服务推广、服务人员、有形展示和服务过程为理论基础,组织策划华东师范大学图书馆“书香嘉年华”系列活动。实践表明采用7Ps营销组合策略指导的“书香嘉年华”系列活动,其读者参与度明显提高、进一步培养了读者阅读习惯并扩大了图书馆的影响力。7Ps营销组合策略可以为高校阅读推广活动提供理论支持。

Abstract: Based on the 7Ps marketing theory, such as product, price, place, promotion, participates, physical evidence and process, East China Normal University Library organize the "Scholarly Carnival" series of activities. Practice shows that the series of “Scholarly Carnival” activities guided by the 7Ps marketing strategy has significantly improved reader engagement, further cultivated readers' reading habits and expanded library influence. 7Ps marketing strategy can provide theoretical support for college reading promotion activities.
