人工智能视域下图书馆智慧服务探析

摘要： 应用人工智能打造智慧服务已经成为图书馆未来的走向，以“基础资源+技术+应用”的思维结合人工智能中计算智能、感知智能和认知智能的处理方法，构建基础资源层、网络环境层、数据处理层、系统应用层的智慧体系，打造智能检索平台、系统集成平台、统一身份认证平台、四大管理平台的智慧服务模式。面对人工智能环境下凸显的用户隐私保护和道德伦理问题，从用户、馆员素质、技术与图书馆智慧服务融合问题展开探讨，为人工智能在图书馆智慧服务的深入拓展提供了借鉴。

Abstract: Applying artificial intelligence to build intelligent service has become the future trend of Library,it combines the thinking of "basic resources + technology + application" with the processing methods of computational intelligence, perceptual intelligence and cognitive intelligence in artificial intelligence,build an intelligent system of basic resource layer,network environment layer,data processing layer and system application layer,create intelligent service mode of intelligent retrieval platform,system integration platform,unified identity authentication platform and four management platforms.Facing the prominent problems of user privacy protection and ethics in the artificial intelligence environment,discusses the integration of users, librarians'quality,technology and library intelligent service,provides a reference for the in-depth development of artificial intelligence in library intelligent service.
