摘要/Abstract

摘要： 公共图书馆的人力资源管理是支撑图书馆正行运转的核心体系之一,做好公共图书馆的人力资源管理能够提升图书馆的整体形象,为一座城市的精神文明建设贡献更大的力量。分析了公共图书馆人力资源管理的意义和目的,阐述了现阶段公共图书馆人力资源管理普遍存在的问题,最后就人力资源的管理提出了改进建议。

Abstract: Human resources management is one of the core systems to support the normal operation of the library. The good human resource management not only improves overall image of the public library, but also makes more contribution to the spiritual and civil construction of a city. This paper analyzes the significance and purpose of human resource management in public library, expounds the current widespread human resource management problems of public library and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
