摘要： 归纳总结了公共数字文化及社会教育的基本内涵，分析了目前阻碍公共数字文化服务的社会教育功能实现的困境，尝试从推动公共文化数字平台对接、优化公共数字文化资源结构、加强公共数字文化技术和标准的应用、创新公共数字文化管理体制的思路，对我国公共数字文化服务及社会教育功能的实现路径进行探讨。

Abstract: This paper sums up and summarizes the basic connotation of public digital culture and social education, analyzes the dilemma that hinders the realization of social educational functions of public digital cultural service, tries to probe into the path to achieve the social educational function of public digital culture service in China from thinking perspectives of pushing forward the docking of public cultural digital platforms, optimizing the structure of public digital culture resources, enhancing the application of public digital culture technology and standard, and making innovation in public digital culture management system.
