《公共图书馆法》背景下图书馆特殊群体服务提升策略研究——以南昌市图书馆为例

摘要： 在《中华人民共和国公共图书馆法》颁布的时代背景下，社会对特殊群体的文化权益更加重视。通过分析国内外特殊群体服务和南昌市公共图书馆建设情况，提出南昌市公共图书馆在提升特殊群体服务时应注重促进法规政策出台、加强服务调研及宣传推广、注重沟通合作、加强馆员队伍建设的相关策略。

Abstract: Under the background of the Law of the People's Republic of China on public libraries，the society pays more attention to the cultural rights and interests of special groups.By analyzing the service of special groups at home and abroad and the construction of public libraries in Nanchang，in order to improve the service of special groups，Nanchang Public Libraries should pay attention to the relevant strategies of promoting the promulgation of laws and regulations，strengthening service investigation and promotion，paying attention to communication and cooperation，and strengthening the construction of Librarians.
