摘要： 简述了图书馆员开展职业生涯规划的意义,从认识、目标、阶梯、结合四个层面探讨了基于CGLC模式的图书馆员个人职业生涯规划,以实现图书馆员个人发展目标与图书馆组织发展目标的有机统一。

Abstract: This paper introduces the significance of librarians＇ career planning,and discusses librarian personal career planning based on the CGLC model from four levels of cognizance,goal,ladder and cohesion,in order to realize the organic unity of the librarian personal development goal and the library organization development goal.
