公共图书馆电子阅览室读者上机行为分析及对策——以湖南图书馆为例

摘要:

以湖南图书馆为例,对公共图书馆电子阅览室读者上机行为进行调查,发现其存在着负荷满载化、读者认识不足及数字资源利用率低的问题。为此,从健全电子阅览室各项规章制度、加强读者上机行为的引导及加大有关读者信息利用的培训力度三方面着手,提出优化读者上机行为的对策,以期推动公共图书馆电子阅览室朝绿色健康方向发展。

Abstract:

Taking Hunan Library as an example, this paper conducts an investigation on the reader’s surfing behavior in the electronic reading-room, and finds that it exists such problems: full load, lack of awareness of readers, and low digital resource utilization rate. So, in order to promote public library's electronic reading-room in the direction of the green and healthy development, it puts forward some countermeasures to optimize the reader behavior by three aspects: perfecting regulations of the electronic reading room, strengthening the guidance on behavior and increasing readers’ information utilization about the training.
