摘要：

在新媒体时代,微信公众平台成为图书馆服务转型的重要平台。介绍了湖南图书馆微信公众平台的主要特色,分析其存在的不足,并提出优化对策,以期为图书馆开展微信服务提供参考。

Abstract:

In the new media era, WeChat public platform becomes an important platform for the transformation of library services. This paper introduces the main characteristic of the WeChat public platform of Hunan Library, analyzes its shortcomings, and puts forward some countermeasures to provide reference for the WeChat service of the library.
