“众包”模式在合作数字参考咨询中的应用研究

摘要： 合作数字参考咨询服务是咨询界公认的各种参考咨询服务中最为理想的一种,合作咨询的开展有助于实现馆际资源共建共享,优势互补,是数字参考咨询服务中的高端服务形式。国内外的一些地区和高校图书馆陆续开展了此项服务,并取得了一定的成绩。但是辽宁省的合作参考咨询服务还很薄弱,处于起步阶段。将＂众包＂理念引入图书馆数字参考咨询,构建了＂众包＂模式推动辽宁省合作数字参考咨询服务的开展。

Abstract: Collaborative digital reference service, which is high-end service form, is recognized for best reference. Some Area and the university libraries have launched this service, and have made some achievements. Meanwhile Collaborative digital reference service in Liaoning is still very weak in its infancy. This paper structures crowdsourcing model for collaborative digital reference service in Liaoning by idea of crowd-sourcing.
