摘要: 概述美国高校图书馆知识服务的现状,详细分析美国高校图书馆知识服务实践的典型案例,通过对国内10所高校图书馆在馆藏资源服务、参考咨询服务、学科服务、个性化知识服务、移动服务等五个方面展开的深入调查,剖析中美高校图书馆知识服务存在的差异,在此基础上探讨美国高校图书馆知识服务成功经验对改进我国高校图书馆知识服务所具有的参考价值。

Abstract: This paper summarizes the current status of the knowledge service in US university libraries and makes a detailed analysis of a typical case of US university libraries knowledge service. Through further investigation of the current status of the collection resource service, the digital reference service, the subject service, the personalized service and the mobile knowledge service in ten university libraries in China, the paper shows the difference between knowledge services supplied by Chinese and US university libraries, and discusses the ref- erential value of the successful experience of US university libraries knowledge services to improve the knowledge service of university libraries in China.
