Abstract: A lot of valuable network information resources are the available information sources for scientific research and management decision. But the network information resource need to be preserved because it is in a dynamic changing, facing the risk of permanent disappearance. This paper discusses the network information resource lifecycle, and puts forward countermeasures for long-term preservation of network information resources.
