摘要： 利用文献调研方法,分析目前我国高校图书馆开放存取资源建设现状和存在的问题,探讨了高校图书馆开放存取资源建设策略.

Abstract: With literature research method, this paper analyses the current situation of the construction of open access re- sources in university libraries and existing problems, and discusses the construction strategy of open access re- sources in university libraries.
