高校信息素养课程的学生需求特征实证研究:基于KANO模型*

摘要: 文章运用KANO模型基本理论,从学生满意度出发将高校图书馆信息素养课程教学内容及模式划分为14个指标。并以面向三峡大学本科生为例,通过问卷调查、数据统计及满意敏感性分析等步骤将指标进行归类和重要性排序,分析揭示本科生的课程需求状况。基于需求状况,从关键因素、一般因素、无关因素三个层级进行因素改进分析及提出满意度提升策略。旨在为改善高校图书馆本科生信息素养课程效果及学生满意度提供参考。

Abstract: On the basis of KANO model,we divided the content and mode of university library information literacy course into 14 indicators from the perspective of undergraduate satisfaction.Taking China Three Gorges University as an example,through steps of questionnaire survey,data statistics and satisfaction analysis,we classified all the 14 indicators and ranked them in order of importance,and then,we analyzed and laid out the course demand status.And on the basis of course demand status,we carried out the factor improvement analysis fromthree levels:key factors,general factors and irrelevant factors,and we also proposed the satisfaction improvement strategy.The paper could be reference for the effect and student satisfaction improvement study of university library information literacy course.
