新冠疫情下高校图书馆线上服务方式研究*——基于42所“双一流”建设院校图书馆微信公众号推文的分析

摘要： 基于国内新冠肺炎疫情的现实背景，以42所“双一流”建设院校图书馆微信公众号推文为研究对象，将线上服务方式作为切入点，对42所高校馆在疫情防控期间的应对实践进行调研。发现该期间内高校馆线上服务主要包括实现数字资源远程访问、推送本馆资源与网络开放资源、助力学校课程教学等多项内容，同时探讨突发公共卫生事件给高校馆线上服务带来的几点启示，主要包括提升馆员团队协作与互联网产品运用能力、强化信息甄别通识教育、适当增加由本馆主办的各类活动数量等。

Abstract: Based on the actual background of the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic in China,taking the WeChat public number tweet of 42“double first-class”construction university libraries as the research object,and taking the online service mode as the breakthrough point,this paper analyzes the coping practices of 42 university libraries during the epidemic prevention and control period.After investigation,it is found that the online service of university libraries during this period mainly includes realizing remote access of digital resources,pushing the library resources and network open resources,assisting the teaching of school courses,etc.Meanwhile,some revelations brought by public health emergencies to the online service of university libraries are discussed,mainly including improving the ability of librarians'team cooperation and application of Internet products,strengthening the general education of information screening,and appropriately increasing the number of various activities hosted by the library,etc.
