摘要： 参与地方文化的传承实践是公共图书馆践行服务职能、扩宽服务半径、推动事业发展的必然要求。在泛媒体化环境下，公共图书馆具有技术优势、资源优势、传播优势等多方面便利条件。以广州图书馆为例，从公共图书馆角度出发，对泛媒体化环境下公共图书馆如何利用优势，创新传承地方文化的手段，提出可供借鉴的思路。

Abstract: Participating in the inheritance and practice of local culture is an inevitable requirement for public libraries to practice their service functions,broaden their service radius and promote the development of their undertakings.In the pan-media environment,public libraries have many advantages,such as technical advantage,resource advantage,communication advantage and so on.Taking Guangzhou Library as an example,from the angle of public library,this paper puts forward some ideas on how to make use of the advantages of public library in the pan-media environment and to innovate the means of inheriting the local culture.
