摘要: 数字教学资源长效建设是信息化教学的基本需求.从规章制度、物质需求、心理期望、价值认同、职业发展五个方面阐述激励机制与措施,为保障数字教学资源能够长久稳定建设提供参考.

Abstract: Long-term construction of digitalized teaching resources is the basic content of information technology teaching. In order to ensure the digitalized teaching resources can be constructed steady and lasting, this paper discusses several aspects of incentive mechanism and incentive measures concisely, based on rule and regulation, material demand, psychological expectation, value recognition, career development.
