美国公共图书馆就业支持服务的现状和发展趋势 *

摘要：

通过对美国公共图书馆就业支持服务有关调查报告的比较,总结了美国公共图书馆就业支持服务内容、方式、营销以及评价方面的现状,发现该服务呈现以下4种发展趋势:服务的角色定位不断演变;社交工具的介入性逐渐增强;服务质量不断优化;服务辐射效应日趋明显。认为公共图书馆应将其物理空间和网络服务环境优化重组,以进一步发挥自身对就业市场发展的促进作用。

Abstract:

This paper makes a comparison on some investigation reports of the employment support service of the public library in the United States, summarizes the service content, method, marketing and evaluation, and finds that the service presents the following four development trends. The role of the service is evolving. Social tools are gradually becoming more interventional. The quality of service is continuously optimized. The radiation effect of service is becoming more and more obvious. It considers that the public library should optimize its physical space and network service environment, so as to further promote the development of the labor market.
