面向视障儿童的图书馆绘本无障碍服务

摘要： 视障群体是公共图书馆的重点服务对象，由于资源和技术局限，目前图书馆的视障服务对象主要是那些具备一定阅读能力，特别是掌握了盲文技能的成人视障读者，而对视障儿童的服务缺乏针对性。为了让视障儿童如健视儿童一样享有绘本阅读的权利，促进身心发展，在现有的绘本无障碍服务实践基础上，针对视障儿童阅读绘本的困难，探讨了将绘本引入视障儿童服务，针对视障儿童不能解读图画的问题，提出了公共图书馆面向视障儿童的绘本无障碍服务策略。

Abstract: The visually impaired are very important to library services. However, due to deficiency in terms of resources and technology, currently, mainly visually impaired adults who have mastered certain reading techniques, particularly braille, are served by libraries, and visually impaired children are usually neglected. Based on the practices carried out by the author’s library, this paper studies the issue of helping visually impaired children use picture books, giving some suggestions on the strategies of accessible services of picture books by public libraries.
