摘要： 新冠病毒疫情冲击下，公共图书馆视障文化服务面临考验。以江西省图书馆为例，阐述公共图书馆开展视障文化服务的相关背景、措施及效果，指出存在的问题，提出以线上服务为主推进视障文化服务的策略，为图书馆提供参考与借鉴。

Abstract: Under the impact of the epidemic,the public library's visually impaired cultural services are facing challenges.Taking the Jiangxi Provincial Library as an example,this article explains the background,practices and effects of the public library's development of visually impaired cultural services,points out the existing problems,and proposes strategies to promote visually impaired cultural services based on online services,and provide references for the library.
