立德树人在高校图书馆工作中的作用、建设与实施路径

摘要： 把立德树人融入贯穿于高校图书馆工作的全方位全过程是贯彻落实习近平总书记全国教育大会精神的重要举措。把立德树人作为高校图书馆工作的根本任务，融入高校图书馆工作理念、空间布局和制度建设中，贯穿于高校图书馆服务育人的全方位和全过程。以文献信息资源体系转化为学生的知识体系和价值体系，以校园学术与读书文化建设提升学生文化素养，以图书馆自助服务体系建设激发学生“三自”意识、以建设以人为本的服务机制促进学生个性化发展、以服务育人体系建设感化学生的道德品质，推进图书馆服务育人落地生根、落细落小。

Abstract: Cultivating Talent through Fostering Virtues needs to exist in the whole process of library work.This is an important measure to implement the spirit of Xi Jinping's Important Speeches of the National Education Congress.Cultivating Talent through Fostering Virtues is the fundamental task of university library work.It needs to be integrated into the work concept,space layout and system construction of university libraries.It needs to exist in the all-round and whole process of service and education of university library.Transforming the document information resources system into the knowledge and value systems of students. Building academia and reading culture in colleges in a bid to develop cultural competency of students. Making students to become more self-conscious, self-disciplined and self-independent through the self-service library system.Establishing people-oriented service mechanism as a way to promote personal development of students.Fostering students’moral qualities by educating them with service and doing meticulous and detailed work to make solid library service-based education.
