试论公共图书馆文创产业误区及未来发展方向

摘要: 公共图书馆经费缩减,文创产业对图书馆的造血功能就显得愈发重要。以国家图书馆网店、全国图书馆文化创意产品开发联盟网店和故宫博物院网店销售状况为缩影,通过SWOT分析方法分析得出公共图书馆文创产业陷入困境的根本原因:模仿博物馆以文化货物为核心的文创产业道路,并忽视自身文化服务的市场优势。提出在知识付费的时代,图书馆应该革新落后观念,着力打造以有偿文化服务为核心的文创产业;建议文化管理部门以负面清单的形式,从服务类型、收益用途等多方面规范和鼓励图书馆发展有偿文化服务。

Abstract: With the decrease of Public Library funds, the cultural and creative industries are becoming more and more important to the hematopoietic function of libraries. Taking the sales situation of the National Library Online store, the national library cultural and Creative Products Development Alliance online store and the Palace Museum online store as a microcosm, through SWOT analysis, this paper analyzes the fundamental reasons for the predicament of the literary and creative industry of Public Libraries: Imitating the cultural goods as the core of the cultural and creative industry of museums, and ignoring the market advantages of its own cultural services. This paper puts forward that in the era of paying for knowledge, libraries should innovate backward ideas and make great efforts to build cultural and creative industries with paid cultural services as the core, and we should standardize the types of services and revenue use and encourage libraries to develop paid cultural services.
