摘要: 沟通能力是图书馆员必备的重要素质之一,“乔哈里视窗”作为一种有关沟通的理论与技巧,可以为馆员评估自己沟通工作的效果提供科学依据。根据“乔哈里视窗”模型,可以将馆员沟通工作划分为开放型、专断型、无为型及封闭型4种类型。为了获得理想的沟通效果,图书馆要采取相应的策略提升馆员的沟通能力,改善馆员的沟通工作,促进开放型沟通状态的形成。

Abstract: The communication ability is one of the important qualities of librarians,as a kind of theory and skills of communication,"Jauhari window"can provide a scientific basis for the evaluation of the effect of communication work.According to the"Jauhari window"model,communication works of librarians can be divided into open librarian communication type,arbitrary type,inactive type and closed type.In order to obtain the ideal communication effect,the library should take the corresponding strategy to enhance the communication ability of librarians,improve the communication work of librarians,and promote the formation of open communication status.
