摘要: 为了更好地履行公共图书馆社会职责,为读者提供及时有效的咨询解答服务,依据对公共图书馆微信公众号服务现状调研以及吉林省图书馆微信公众号读者需求调研的统计结果,针对现阶段公共图书馆策信公众号存在的功能欠缺、咨询解答回复时效性较差等问题,探讨图书馆移动参考咨询服务采用智能问答机器人(QAR)技术辅助微信公众号(WeChatPN)开展咨询工作的必要性,并介绍了WeChatPN+QAR模式咨询流程以及QAR功能的应用。

Abstract: In order to better fulfill the social responsibilities of public libraries, we provide timely and effective consultation and answering services for readers. The survey results of the WeChat public service status of the library and the statistical results of the readers' needs survey of the WeChat public account of the Jilin Provincial Library are aimed at the problems of the lack of functions of the public library letter public account at the present stage, and poor effectiveness when questions and answers. The library mobile reference service uses the QAR technology to assist WeChatPN to carry out the consulting work and introduces the WeChatPN+QAR mode consulting process and the application of the QAR function.
