摘要： 捐赠换书中心模式已经在广东省开展多年，该模式是闲置图书共享模式的一种。相较于捐赠换书活动模式、基于网络的图书漂流模式、图书收购租借模式等，总结了捐赠换书中心模式的优势和它仍无法解决的问题，并以深圳捐赠换书中心为例，阐述了捐赠换书中心模式的运营效果，并对该模式未来的发展方向提出建议。

Abstract: Donate & exchange book center model has been developed in Guangdong Province for many years. This model is a kind of idle book sharing model. Compared with donate & exche book activity model, network-based book crossing model, book acquisition and lease model, this paper compares and summarizes the advantages of donate & exche book center model and the problems it still cannot solve. Taking Shenzhen Donate & Exchange Book Center as an example, it expounds the operation effect of donate & exche book center model and puts forward its own opinions on the future development direction of this model.
