摘要： 从分析农家书屋政策问题的本质和核心入手，阐述了农家书屋政策问题的复杂性，在此基础上对农家书屋政策执行机制存在的问题进行分析，并提出了相应的解决对策。

关键词: 农家书屋；政策执行；执行机制

Abstract: this article starts with the analysis of the essence and the core of the problems concerning the rural library policy and explains the complexity of the problems concerning the rural library policy.On this basis, this article analyzes the existing problems in the policy implementation and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
