摘要： 公共图书馆助残志愿服务主要集中在助盲，相关研究也较多，但是仅限于介绍单个图书馆助盲志愿服务情况。文章采用调查问卷和实地考察的方式，全面了解我国公共图书馆助残志愿服务状况，介绍公共图书馆助残志愿服务类型及典型代表，针对助残志愿服务工作存在的问题提出相应的对策，为公共图书馆开展助残志愿服务提供参考。

Abstract: Volunteer services for the disabled in public libraries are mainly focused on helping the blind, and there are many related studies, but they are limited to introducing the situation of volunteer services for the blind in individual libraries. By means of questionnaires and field visits, this paper comprehensively understands the status of volunteer services for the disabled in public libraries throughout the country. This paper introduces the types and typical representatives of volunteer services for the disabled in public libraries. Aiming at the problems existing in volunteer service for the disabled, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures, which can provide reference for public libraries to carry out volunteer service for the disabled.
